A new state-of-the-art science laboratory was installed by ORT at Panama City's Issac Rabin School under the supervision of Professor Rolando Diaz of ORT Chile. Working with the local ORT Panama Committee, the needs of the Jewish community will be identified and links will be made to help the local community. The laboratory follows the model of the TAVEC project through which ORT Chile has installed dozens of such facilities at public schools throughout Chile with the support of the Coca Cola Foundation.
